Then Pre-condition only heavy traffic areas and stains. & Finally, hope that the customer does not have the experience to know what the results could have been like if safe & effective non-toxic detergents were applied to the entire surface and extracted with a boiling, non-residual rinse agent via our Extreme Steam Extraction system.
| 2. Bid a competitive price for premium services and utilize the most environmentally friendly and effective detergents (not the cheapest), state of the art equipment and quality workmanship to obtain the best results possible.
