1. Over-wetting fabrics can destroy them.
2. Many companies use inferior, sticky detergents to save on their costs.
3. Improper spotting procedures often make stains worse.
4. Certain surfaces require special detergents and procedures or they will respond poorly or be ruined.
5. Urine discoloration and odor can often be reversed with the correct chemicals and procedures.
6. Hot detergent solution with powerful truck-mounted agitation & extraction is the key to restoring soiled surfaces effectively.
7. Cleaning your carpets with portable machines can often worsen the soil situation and void your carpet manufacturer's warranty, primarily due to their limited extraction power.

8. BEWARE:    With the "GREEN" movement underway, many large corporations are trying to get a piece of the "Money" pie by quickly marketing a product as "Green".  Many of the "supposedly" green products are the same products as before with a new label and are not safe for inhalation or skin contact.  These products are only certified to biodegrade within a certain amount of time and to have "limited" environmental impact, this rating is not designed to protect humans.  ACS has always used the safest products possible and continues to do so during the "Green Movement".  We use & sell the "Safest" cleaning products on the market for Humans and the Environment. At All Cleaning Service we understand all of the above. We use only the finest, environmentally friendly, people and pet safe detergents available. Our "Extreme Steam Extraction" system greatly reduces drying times and guarantees the greatest soil removal and lowest residue of any cleaning system available. You are left with the best possible results.
Below is a list of the way some competitors may cut corners:

1. Use cheap, unmaintained & ineffective equipment.

2. Use toxic detergents (these are still very common & are cheaper).

3. Rush the cleaning process  (a technician can only go as fast as the equipment and detergents will allow to remove maximum soil and achieve complete rinsing).  At ACS we achieve the best results in a relatively short amount of time due to our extremely efficient equipment.

4. Do not take the time to research the latest detergents, machinery and methodology in order to assure they are obtaining the greatest results.

5. Do not carry full-coverage insurance, or any insurance at all!  This is actually very common and it surprises us how seldom anyone asks if we are insured (ACS is heavily insured).

6. Use inferior stain protectors and/or under-apply them (there are many cheap, imitation, watered down products on the market and over-diluting them can further reduce the cleaners costs and the customers benefits).  ACS uses the best Stain Protectors and Impregnating Sealers available.

7. Do not take the time to discuss important details with you over the phone and in person to insure that there are no surprises and that everything goes smoothly.

The Skinny on Vacuuming:

There has been a lot of discussion and confusion as to wether it it important to pre-vacuum fabrics before they are cleaned.  This depends on the type of system being used, the dry soil condition of the fabrics prior to cleaning, and how well maintained the fabrics are.  If the dry soils have penetrated through the face fibers and into the backing due to poor maintenance or a poor quality vacuum, it would be beneficial to have the fabric vacuumed with a profession dry soil extractor or "Pile Lifter".  These are very powerfull vacuums with aggressive brushes to open the pile and lift dry soils from deep within.

If the fabrics have been maintained regularly, it is completely adequate to rely upon regular vacuuming by the customer to prepare the fabrics for a professional cleaning, if and only if they are being cleaned with a high powered hot water extraction system.  This system will more than compensate for any additonal soil particulate that will need to be removed during the cleaning process with out any deliterious results.

If fabrics are to be cleaned with a bonnet system, a dry particle / brush system, a portable water extraction unit, dry foam extraction equipment, or a department store rental machine, it is very important to vacuum with a high quality vacuum before the cleaning process begins.  These machines do not incorporate a high volume boiling flush / rinse process to overcome the burden of the additonal "dry soil that has not been removed prior to the cleaning process.

At All Cleaning Service we do not include pre-vacuuming in our service.  We have structured our prices so that the customer is only paying for the services they are generally incapable of performing on their own.  We market towards the customers that would prefer to do their regular intermitent vacuuming, and rely on us to remove the embedded soils that they are unable to, with the use of our gasoline driven power plant (Extreme Steam Extraction)  system.  If you are a customer who may be interested in a pre-vacuuming service with a "Pile Lifter" please contact us for pricing, and mention that you had visited this site.   Thank You.
