6. We pre-condition the entire surface, not just the traffic areas.  This allows us to extract/rinse with a non-residual, low-ph rinse agent, leaving carpets "Squeaky Clean" (pardon the expression).
7. We provide a complete double-pass, flush extraction rinse with a boiling water rinse agent to assure you that all soil and cleaning detergent have been removed from your carpeting.

We have additional insurance.  We don't just have a standard business policy, we have an additional $1,000,000.00 dollar umbrella policy and additional "Care, Custody & Control" Insurance.  This coverage is not normally included in business owner's policies but protects you from damage to any item that I'm working on, moving or handling...  or in my "care, custody and control".  Yes, believe it or not, most policies do not cover these items, so if a carpet cleaner damages your carpet, there insurance will not cover it.  Imagine trying to get a carpet cleaner to pay you $5,000.00 for your carpet that they just ruined (and it does happen)!  Let us know if you would like to have our insurance company mail you a free copy of our insurance.

15. And lastly, we don't just clean your carpets until they look clean, we clean them until the are clean.  This may sound redundant, but simply applying  soapy water with a brush will make carpeting "look" clean even though no soil has actually been removed (try it if you don't believe it). Thus, if someone uses dry foam or a bonnet to clean your carpet, your carpet may look clean due to a chemical process called agglomeration when really, most of the soil is just held in suspension by a detergent for a while, and will eventually settle back into the fibers.  These "detergent residues may also make the carpet "look" cleaner due to light reflection from the residue left behind, until the soil and residue get beat back into the fibers by traffic.  A false sense of cleanliness for certain.  Of course, if the proper detergent is used, a portion of these residues will vacuum away after the carpets are completely dry (unfortunately, most detergents claim that they are non-residual but in our testing we found that 95%+ of these claims are without warrant.  Of this 95%, about 75% leave a terrible residue (as-in fly-trap sticky!), 15% leave a mild residue and about 5% work quite well.  Even in the "5%" case though, while vacuuming once completely dry will help remove some of this "encapsulated" dirt, only certain soils will be held in suspension (dirt, dander, pollen) while others will not (urine residue, oily soils, vomit, bacteria etc).  Unfortunately, we wouldn't know any of this by reading the product labels.  This is why we've tested "all" of the products that we use, to ensure their effectiveness and non-residual claims.   With our process we pre-condition the entire surface, and then follow with a boiling water, flush extraction rinse, to remove the detergents and virtually all soil (95%-99%).  Any residues that might be left behind are encapsulated by the detergent that we've "tested" for this quality.
16. Food for thought.  Imagine your hair is a carpet.  Would you prefer to 1. scrub some shampoo into it, let it dry and vacuum it up (rotary shampoo process).  2. scrub some shampoo into it and rub it with a towel while still wet to remove it (bonnet system).  3. whip up some foam, scrub into your hair, and then vacuum it out with a wet vac (dry foam extraction), or 4. apply shampoo to your hair and rinse it completely with high-pressure, hot water (Hot water extraction).  Seems quite simple when described this way doesn't it.  

      When I went in to business, my goal was to build a profitable company, serving educated consumers with the best service possible.  In order to do this, I've had to invest a large amount of capitol into my business for tools and machinery to do the best possible job.   The best quality service can be provided for a reasonable price but not for the cheapest price.  I've been surprised at the number of people that just look for the cheapest price regardless of results.  It doesn't make any sense.   It's like throwing away your money.

     If you took the amount of soil most of our competitors remove (or didn't remove), the effects on your health due to toxic detergents & residues, how soon after the initial cleaning the carpets will have to be cleaned again due to quick re-soil from sticky residues, and the stress you'll endure from late arrivals, never returned phone calls, and miss-handled items, most of my competitors should be charging far less than I do, but this is not the case.  We are actually very competitive.
